Holiday Generosity: Food Pantry Provided More than 10,000 Meals in November

In November, Loudon Food Pantry gave out enough food to 282 individuals for them to prepare 10,626 meals. Of these people, 147 were age 60 and older (52%), 59 were age 18 or under (21%), and 76 were between those ages (27%).

Thanksgiving Boxes: We handed out 65 Thanksgiving Boxes this year. This year we received $25 gift cards from the New Hampshire Food Bank in place of turkeys (our choice). This enabled everyone to get the meat of their choice for their Thanksgiving dinner.

Closed and Unavailable: Loudon Food Pantry will be closed and unavailable for the holiday through Jan. 8. We will reopen on Tuesday, Jan. 9.

Do you need food? Call me at (603) 724-9731 to see if you qualify. The process is simple and if you have all your paperwork, you’ll receive food the same day as your appointment!
