Joy Potter, board member from Merrimack County 4H, was present at the Jan. 8 Rascals meeting to present club members with certificates for their years in 4H. In this picture, club officers participate in a ceremony where they acknowledge the importance of being devoted to their official duties. From leading club meetings, planning community service and learning activities, tracking club funds, to taking minutes and documenting members at work for the history books, all our club officers do their part. We look forward to meeting again on Monday, Feb. 5, and preparing for the many spring activities and projects 4H offers.
