From the Farmers Market …

Opening Day is Wednesday, June 5, from 4 to 6:30 pm. We look forward to being back in our traditional spot in the parking area and field next to our friends in the Elkins Public Library. You’ll find us there all season on Wednesday afternoons from 4 to 6:30, rain or shine (except for big thunderstorms or crazy hail).

This season you can expect another great lineup:

Local and seasonal greens, veggies, and fruits

Tasty pasture-raised meats and eggs from free-range hens

Great breads and baked goods

Changing variety of guest vendors

SNAP/EBT accepted

Veterans’ Market Dollars

Live music at each and every market

Special guests, like the Master Gardeners

Old-fashioned fun for kids

Selected artisans and crafters

Elkins Library book sale (check in the library)

Always a surprise or two!

We encourage everyone to wear a fun, fantastic, creative, and enthusiastic “Happy Hat” to celebrate Opening Day! Stop by the Market Info Tent so we can say hi and take your picture for the Happy Hat Gallery.
