At last year’s close out meeting for the Canterbury Fair, the Bake Table people were informed: “We need more Shaker Hand Pies!”, so we’ve set two dates for learning and helping to make these well-loved treats.

On Saturday, June 15, and Saturday, July 6, from 8 am to noon, Debbie Snow and Judy Nelson will be instructing and making Shaker Hand Pies in the kitchen of the Parish Hall. Please sign up for one or both dates if you would like to learn to make or assist in helping us beat last year’s total of 175 pies.
