Summer hours: Strength & Stretch to begin at 8:30!

On Monday, June 3, the Strength and Stretch classes will begin at 8:30 am – yes, that’s morning! – and run for exactly one hour, ending promptly at 9:30. Classes meet two days per week on Mondays and Thursdays in the Parish Hall. (Enter through the kitchen near Hackleboro Road.)

Exercises include free weightlifting for strength-building and stretching exercises for flexibility. Extra mats and weights are available. Classes are free and led by experienced instructors. Individuals proceed at their own pace and all are welcome.
