The Friends of Elkins Public Library (FOEPL) will be raffling off a basket of chocolate and chocolate-related items at the indoor farmers market in November. If you would like to donate an item for the basket, there will be a collection bin at the library starting on Tuesday, Sept. 24, until Thursday, Oct. 17. Chocolate in all shapes, sizes and flavors is welcome.
 
The assembled basket or baskets will be displayed at the library and raffle tickets will be on sale from Saturday, Oct. 19, until Thursday, Nov. 7. Tickets will also be available at the Indoor Farmers Market at Canterbury Elementary School on Nov. 9, where the drawing will take place. The cost is $5 for one ticket, $20 for 5 tickets. The market is open from 10 am to 1 pm; the drawing will be at about 12:30 pm. You do not have to be present to win.
