You are invited to a Masquerade Ball and an evening to remember at the Canterbury Woods Country Club on Nov. 16 from 6 to 9 pm!
Put on your fancy clothes — and find that just-right, creatively eye-catching, and alluring mask! No one will know who you are … unless you want them to. Be prepared to dance the night away! The evening includes hors d’oeuvres, cash bar, amazing local gift basket raffles, 50/50 cash raffle, and prizes for best and most creative masks. Limited seating for dinner at the Canterbury Tavern will also be available by reservation (603-783-9400).
Tickets to the ball cost $50 and go on sale Oct. 16. (Point your cellphone camera at the QR code when the time comes to purchase tickets.) All proceeds from the event will support the updating of the Parish House Community Center here in Canterbury — a multifaceted project that aspires to replace an old roof, install solar, an acoustical ceiling, enhanced lighting, and more. Every registration to this event will bring us closer to achieving our goals.

The Parish House was constructed in 1958 by the people of Canterbury as the center of the community after the great Canterbury fires. For 66 years, the Parish House has served the community as a place to learn, stretch, celebrate, and remember. It most recently has served as an art gallery, venue for private functions, and dance hall.
Together, we can secure the funding needed for the work that will sustain the Parish House Community Center for the next 66 years. If you wish to help in other ways, please contact mycanterburychurch@gmail.com.
Thank you for partnering with CUCC to revitalize the Parish House Community Center — your support is invaluable.
