I Love to Read Month
Last month we celebrated “I Love to Read Month!” Students participated in a bookmark challenge, shared book recommendations with lunchtime book talks, and enjoyed taking part in “drop everything and read.” We had a special visit from one of the mascots for the NH Fisher Cats. He told us about the Fisher Cats Reading Challenge! We appreciate the many community members who served as guest readers throughout the month. The students enjoyed hearing all of the fun stories!

Congratulations to our spelling bee winners!

Winter Sports Day
CES students enjoyed some special activities in the days leading up to February break. Our 3rd-4th graders went on a bowling and ice skating trip. It was the first time for several students! Our younger learners stayed at CES and had fun doing yoga, snowshoeing, and an obstacle course! They all had a wonderful time.
