Saturday, April 12 4H EASTER EGG HUNT

The annual Canterbury Rascals 4H Easter Egg Hunt is almost here! The egg hunt will be Saturday, April 12 at 10 am, at Canterbury Elementary School, rain, snow, or shine. Kids will enjoy hunting for eggs, entering a raffle for
an Easter basket full of goodies, and trying to guess the number of jelly beans in the jar!

Canterbury 4H Cloverbuds News

In March, Cloverbuds met to learn about caring for pets. Cloverbuds learned that pets need food, water, air, shelter, space, and love. At the meeting, Cloverbud members enjoyed making healthy dog treats with the help of 4H Rascal member, Zoe Perlet. The Cloverbuds also made their own pet rocks during our meeting.
Cloverbud’s next meeting is Monday, April 7, 5-6 pm at the Canterbury Parish House. Our April 4H Learning Theme will be Plants and Animals: All about plants. Come and join the fun!

Canterbury Rascals 4H News

In March the Canterbury 4H Rascals were busy working to
plan our annual Easter Egg Hunt.
Club members were also involved in several workshops. One of those was a sewing workshop, where members learned to sew an apron. A second workshop was all about making maple syrup!
During March, Merrimack County 4H also hosted its annual Presentation Day. This was a chance for 4H members to practice their public speaking, poster making, and photography skills. This year, Cloverbud members Nancy Perlet and Joanna Cleveland did a fantastic job sharing about their pet rocks! 4H Rascal members Anna McDonald, Dahlia Beaudette, Zoe Perlet, Annie Perlet, Elizabeth Yohe, and Freddy Yohe also participated in Presentation Day in the
categories of Photography and Action Exhibit. Way to go everyone!
