Is your well water safe?

A research team at Dartmouth College is conducting a study on arsenic in well water that may be especially relevant to Canterbury residents. In New Hampshire, 1 in 4 wells contains arsenic above state health guidelines.

If you participate, you will receive a free test kit to check your well water for arsenic. The study aims to make arsenic testing easier and help families reduce exposure through drinking water.

Participants may receive up to $400 in gift cards, and can also enter for a chance to win a $100 gift card by completing a short eligibility survey. To learn more, email FILTER.Arsenic.Study@dartmouth.edu or call (603) 646-5421 during business hours. A study team member will respond within 48 hours.
