Next Canterbury Fair Planning Meeting, Tues., June 16, 6:30 pm at the Parish House in the Thunberg Room!

Time to Make Shaker Hand-Pies!Sat., June 6, 8am – Noon    Sat., June 20, 8am – Noon  

There will be two teaching sessions for learning what goes into making the delicious little treats that Fair-goers love. Join us upstairs in the Parish House kitchen. Last year, approx. 375 hand-pies were made. Help us get to 400 this year! Contact Judy Nelson (603-493-4207) to let me know which session you’ll be attending.

Anyone interested in participating in an “Interesting Old Vehicle” display at the Canterbury Fair please contact Briggs Lockwood at briggslockwood@gmail.com

WHAT NOT 

Drop Off Times:

Starting July 1 thru Saturday July 18
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday 4-7p, Saturdays noon-5p
The last day for dropping off items is Saturday the 18th. 
The week leading up to the Fair is for sorting and pricing ONLY!

Volunteer times before the Fair:
Volunteers needed to help collect and sort during all drop off times (see above). Come as you are whenever you can!! 

Volunteers needed for Sorting and Pricing ONLY: 
daily July 20-23 4-7pm 
Friday, July 24th, noon-4p.

Volunteer shifts day of the Fair:
8-11a, 10a-1p, 1p-4p, 4-6p (clean up!)

BOOK SALE 

Location: The Fair Book sale this year is being held in the Crofton’s big white barn, Canterbury Center, corner of Hackleboro and Baptist Roads. 

Drop Off times: Drop off books, etc. at the upper door, the one facing up Hackleboro. Starting July 1 you can bring your books on Wednesdays from 4-6:30, Saturdays 12-2. Fair week only Wed., July 22, 4-6:30.
