Prizes Needed: Tchotchkeys, stickers, extra party favors, etc. can be donated at the Parish House M-F in June and July!

Drop Off Times:
Starting July 1 thru Sat., July 18, every Mon., Wed. and Fri. 4-7p, Sat.’s Noon-5p // The last day for dropping off items is Sat., July 18. // The week leading up to the Fair is for sorting and pricing ONLY!

Volunteer times before the Fair:
Volunteers needed to help collect and sort during all drop off times (see above). Come as you are whenever you can!! 

Volunteers needed for Sorting
and Pricing ONLY: Daily July 20-23, 4-7pm // Fri., July 24, 12-4pm.

Volunteer shifts day of the Fair:
8-11am, 10am-1pm, 1pm-4pm, 4-6pm

BOOK SALE
Location: The Book sale this year is being held in the Crofton’s big white barn in the Center, corner of Hackleboro and Baptist.
Drop Off times: Drop off books, etc. at the upper door, the one facing up Hackleboro. Starting July 1 you can bring your books on Wednesdays from 4-6:30, Saturdays 12-2. Fair week only Wed., July 22, 4-6:30.
