Birdscaping: Landscaping for the Birds with Master Gardener Stacey Scaccia, Sat., Oct. 24
Many people enjoy feeding wild birds, but putting up tubes full of sunflower seeds or trays of mealworms is not the only way to attract birds. Planting native perennials, shrubs, and trees can provide long-lasting habitat improvements for the birds while enhancing your landscape, too. See examples and learn how to get started gardening for the birds
We’ll gather at the Parish Hall at 9:30 AM for a brief business meeting. The Birdscaping program will be from 10-11am.
We welcome anyone in the community who is interested in landscaping for the birds and finding out more about the Garden Club and our activities.
