In October, our Scouts rolled up their sleeves and spent the day giving back to the community by replacing a bench at Canterbury Elementary School! As part of this community service project, the Scouts learned valuable hands-on skills, including how to use tools to dismantle the old bench, cut, drill, sand, and stain new boards, and attach them using new hardware. Thanks to their effort and teamwork, CES now has a beautiful, refreshed bench for students and staff to enjoy!
Great job, Scouts! We are so proud of you and all that you accomplished!
