Canterbury Fair Needs Helping Hands

Good first meeting that narrowed down some needs heading toward this year’s Fair:

Trash Pick Up with Jim Sojka needs a companion younger, able body to help hoist barrels on Fair Day.

Road signs, put out and pick up. Signs go UP 
2 days before Fair, and come DOWN Sat. eve after the Fair. A team of 2 people would be great! One of you needs a car 🙂

Treasurer Shadow Needed: This is Polly Camire’s last year. Someone is needed to shadow her THIS year so able to take over next year confident of the treasurer’s duties.

Table Set Up/Take Down In-Charge Person for the What-Not Sale and Book Sale a month before Fair Day. One day commitment.

Set Up/Take Down In-Charge Person for Fair Day. This is a two day commitment. Set Up Day starts at 9 am Friday before the Fair and then Saturday at 4 PM for take down. WANTED: good multitasking skills, a good sense of order, and a good sense of humor who can herd cats. You will always have plenty of help, we just need some very organized leadership!
