In recent years, more of us have been asking: how can we continue living in the town we love as our needs change? And how can we better support caregivers?
This gathering will highlight what Canterbury is already doing — from library programs and food collections to “Polished Silver” luncheons, wellness checks, etc. We’ll also share info about local services such as Concord Area Transit (CAT), Community Actions Program, Americorp Seniors, Meals on Wheels, and more.
Together, we’ll pool ideas and explore: What additional supports are available? How can we better connect neighbors and caregivers with the resources they need?
Please join the conversation and bring your ideas. There’s no expectation of taking on a formal role — this is an opportunity to talk, listen, and share the resources we’ll all need as we age in Canterbury. Any next steps will depend on the interest and energy of those who attend.
