The Canterbury 4H Cloverbuds April meeting focused on earth science. Christie prepared a wonderful module about tectonic plates, including hands on activities using graham crackers, marshmallow fluff, and rice cakes to help the kids learn how they move and engage with each other. The kids thought that the part of the meeting when they made a volcano erupt was a “blast”! 

May’s meeting will be Monday May “the” 4th at 5:00pm at the parish house. We will be preparing for our participation in the Memorial Day parade by making shirts to wear. June will be our last meeting of the 4H year, location and date TBD. The 4H Canterbury Cloverbuds is for children age 5-7 (by 1/1/26).
