At the Transfer Station

NOTE: Yard waste cannot be put in with regular
household trash at the Transfer Station. If you
have yard waste, please see an attendant.

PLEASE be sure to keep an eye on any kids who come with you to the Transfer Station! There are LOTS of places where a child could get hurt, either by machinery (such as the packer truck or compacter) or trash (such as broken glass). We have recently had reports of a few near accidents.

Recycling Extras:

— If you can, seperate out your cat food and sardine cans, and used aluminum (like disposable aluminum pie plates etc.) We get a higher price for these! There is a special bin for these items located near the “tin can” window.

— “Recycle Beyond the Bag” There is a box to collect plastic grocery bags and assorted plastic films. Look for it by the door into the TS office.
